   If we run system tests by container, the soft link created by ```ducktape``` references to path inside container. This PR adds a tiny function to correct soft link.

   @ijuma Could you take a look at this PR? Fixing the broken soft link can help jenkins archive the reports (My jenkins run system tests by docker daily)
