> We observe that in a demo with multiple input operators, after we kill the container that runs one of the input operators, the recovered input operator never catches up.  It fast forwards from the recovery window to about 30 seconds behind the rest of the DAG, then from then on, it stays 30 seconds behind the rest of the DAG.
