[jira] [Commented] (SQOOP-2666) Write precision and scale information into Avro schema

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SQOOP-2666?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15248152#comment-15248152 ]

John Todd commented on SQOOP-2666:

[~jarcec],

Sorry for my delay in replying. I did not notice that the precision and scale values were being written into the Avro schema when the correct command line flag is provided, perhaps because the new behavior is not documented in the unit tests. If that is the case then this issue can be closed; there's nothing special about "sqlScale" and "sqlPrecision".

Thanks,
John
