Initial questions

Is there a functioning archive anywhere that includes recent messages?

Is Xerces Java 1 still maintained to any degree?

What JDKs have what versions of Xerces bundled in them?

Thanks,
Mike

No. All development is now done in Xerces2.

None of them. The decision was made a long time ago to bundle
Crimson with the JDK because those deadlines are way before
the actual release date. I don't know if there are any plans
to bundle Xerces2 with the JDK in the future. (Perhaps Edwin
can speak to that.)
