Maven 3.0-alpha-2 iteration

Hi,

Shane, Oleg,and I had a quick chat today and came up with this for the  
alpha-2 iteration:

Again, I don't think this is going to be of much interest to folks yet  
but if you want to tackle anything feel free to make additions if you  
want to work on anything. We are trying to focus on getting all the  
ITs working on the grid and doing fewer issues to try and get into the  
rhythm of releasing every week for two. I think I'd like to time box  
it at 2 week intervals maximum and if we can clear up the issues  
faster we'll release earlier.
