[jira] [Created] (SDAP-352) Fix tile artifact in GPM time averaged map

Joseph C. Jacob created SDAP-352:
------------------------------------

Summary: Fix tile artifact in GPM time averaged map
                 Key: SDAP-352
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SDAP-352
Project: Apache Science Data Analytics Platform
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: granule-ingester
            Reporter: Joseph C. Jacob
         Attachments: gpm_tile_artifact_larger.png

The tiles appear to be transposed in my time averaged map result (see attachment) of the precipitationCal variable in GPM_3IMERGDE_V0.  I suspect something must have gone wrong in the ingest and further suspect it has to do with the order of coordinates.  In GPM we have the order as (time, lon, lat).   I think most SDAP datasets use (time, lat, lon).
