p.a.o m2 snapshot repo

While we think over the Nexus issue, can anyone guide me in publishing snapshots to the existing repo?

if you talk about

scp://people.apache.org/www/people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository

and an M2 commons project that the following statement will help

mvn -Pci deploy
