mod_jk2 shuts down

Hi,

Finaly been able to gracefully shutdown the isapi_redirector without the
need to reboot the machine!

The reason were the ghost threads left attaching in other and detaching
jvm in another.

Right now we have the Apache2/WIN32 and IIS tested and working.
What about other platforms, and how about some beta?
