Spring plugin for Struts 2.5

I think we should upgrade the Spring dependency to 3.0...

Great! That's what I great for programming against Struts 2.2 rather than
2.3.

I +1 with moving to 3.1 since that is the latest now.

I'd say 3.1 instead of 3.0 since 3.1 has created some issues with other web frameworks.
