How can I test chunk encoding vulnerability

I have received a system with an rpm 1.3.23-14 preinstalled. I also have a non upgraded system with some perl code added in my httpd.conf file which is supposed to reject chunked-encoding transfers.

I would like to be able to test if these systems are ok.

Does anyone know how to test these or where I can get some info on how to test. I can find lots of information on exploits and warnings but can't find anything about how to check.
