XSP compiler encoding

Hello.

I would like to propose two tiny patches for XSP processor to let extended
(in my case, cyrillic) characters appear in XSP pages. I propose to store
intermediate Java source for XSP page in UTF8 format.

Ricardo is currently working on adding encoding capabilities to XSP. You
might want to check with him directly.
