PriorityHeaderItems+OnDomReadyHeaderItem have no priority in Ajax responses.

org.apache.wicket.ajax.AbstractAjaxResponse.AjaxHeaderResponse#render() doesn't extract the wrapped header item and thus doesn't process OnDomReady/OnLoad/OnEvent header items properly.
