[C2] esql NPE patch

Hi All,

	Hope everything is going well.
	
	Attached is a patch to esql.xsl to fix a NPE in esql:get-columns when
	the database returns a null element.
	
	At the moment it's a simple fix, null's are returned as blank strings.

	I could imagine other ways of representing null elements though
	(custom string ? or no tag altogether), or perhaps an empty tag is
	fine ?

	What does everyone think ? Any other ideas ?
