Smaller error on Wiki

Hello all,

I was going through the MapRed tutorial on the Wiki and found a slight
error.


./bin/nutch index myindex $LINKDB $SEGMENT

Should be:

./bin/nutch index myindex $CRAWLDB $LINKDB $SEGMENT

This is with a copy of the mapred branch from 12/08/2005.
