XBitHack on Win32

    I'm not a Win32 weenie, but it suddenly occurred to me: how does the
    X-bit hack work on Win32?  Does it work as for UNIX?  Does it work
    at all?  Maybe a special paragraph should be added to its
    description explaining the Win32 ramifications and how-tos?
