[jira] Created: (AXIS2C-869) Function axiom_element_set_tex
Function axiom_element_set_tex
------------------------------
Key: AXIS2C-869
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2C-869
Project: Axis2-C
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: Current (Nightly)
Environment: Ubuntu 7.04
Reporter: Lahiru Gunathilake
Fix For: Current (Nightly)
AXIS2_EXTERN
axis2_status_t axiom_element_set_text(
axiom_element_t* om_element,
const axutil_env_t* env,
const axis2_char_t* text,
axiom_node_t* element_node)
Currently, the om_element has no use and is not used by the function axiom_element_set_text therefore could probably be set NULL. The function does not take control of the string text within text.
Solution: Document memory ownership for parameters and return value.

[jira] Updated: (AXIS2C-869) Function
axiom_element_set_tex[Alastair FETTES]

Senaka Fernando updated AXIS2C-869:
-----------------------------------
Attachment: diff.txt
Proposed patch adds the necessary documentation. It is not required to state that the element can't use the parameter text, as it is being passed as a const. For the other issue an api-level fix is required.
