UNPARSABLE RELAY?

I'm trying to figure out why I'm getting false positives on certain
emails. After running sa from the command line I get this as part of
the output. Binaryops is our domain and speakeasy is our isp.:

[13513] dbg: eval: forged-HELO: from=speakeasy.net helo=binaryops.com
by=binaryops.com
[13513] dbg: eval: forged-HELO: mismatch on HELO: 'binaryops.com' !=
'speakeasy.net'
[13513] dbg: eval: forged-HELO: from=hotmail.com helo=hotmail.com
