entityResolver

Hi everyone,

In Xerces it is possible to use an entityResolver to resolve external
entities.

This may be needed for transformations as well to retrieve the default
values of a specific XML element before transforming it.

However, as far as I see it now, I do not specify a SAX handler for the XSLT
parsing. This is being done by Xalan...

Is there a way to specify this?
