definitely -1 on removal. it doesn't take much place. it's already not in 2.0, 
so there is no issues with it really.

What would be really nice if someone will update 
http://perl.apache.org/docs/1.0/guide/ to replace any references to StatINC 
with Reload and also mention the new features it has added.
