    Rename old "larva" files
    
    renamed:    iimg/lvimg.go -> iimg/iimg.go
    renamed:    imfg/lvmfg.go -> imfg/imfg.go
    
    "lv" was short for larva (this tool's previous name).  Now that the tool
    is called imgmod, replace "lv" with "i".
