Script component question

Hello,

Could someone post or explain how you would do this:

I have a method in a component that returns a String[] of id's.  I am
passing the component as an input-symbol on a Script.  I need to assign
the String[] to a javascript variable and pass it on to a javascript
Object.  What is the best way to do this?
