Synopsis: 
XML tags printed by user task are not escaped in xmllogger output

Description:
XML tags, which are printed by user task (as documenatation
or error message) to stdout by log (), are not escaped in 
xmlloger output stream. It means that final xml log file 
cannot be parsed.
