java.util.concurrent

I spotted this with interest...

I wondered if its legal to use at Apache, what with Sun's usual  
restrictive licensing? If so it might be an idea to slowly migrate from  
util.concurrent over to java.util.concurrent? If its not legal, then  
lets not :)
