   Feature request:
   Once user has zoomed in on the time range they want to look at via the interactive slider, allow them to easily set the time filter with these values
   Use case: now that they have zoomed in on a time range they find interesting, changing visualizations to discover patterns should have this carry over
   
   - [ ] I have checked the superset logs for python stacktraces and included it here as text if any
   - [ ] I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version of superset
   - [ ] I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't found one similar
