We should have two data sets:

{code}
v2tov3
v4tov5
{code}

and the default is to use the last one, with an option to use another (or both). The way the script works, it's not useful for most people to see the old v2tov3 API changes.

As part of this, we should also assure that all API changes that have already gone into v5.0.0 has appropriate configuration in the v4tov5 data set.
