> when creating a vsphere instance with name which is already used (e.g. there is already paused instance with exactly same name on server), then create_instance returns success, but launching actually fails because VM is not cloned. We discussed this with Michal and problem is probably caused by using instance name as instance id. Could be solved by creating unique instance id (e.g. add timestamp) or by checking if instance with this name already exists before creating an instance.
