Threads settings

Hi,

Running the zk version of manifold on a cluster of 4 crawlers - awesome 
- great work :-)

Just one point of clarification - Does the 
org.apache.manifoldcf.crawler.threads setting apply to each node or the 
cluster as a whole?

It applies to each node.  So n=25 means 25 worker threads per instance.
