Closing the release in JIRA

Hi,
After passing the vote on general@incubator, I closed all the issues in
JIRA that were in RESOLVED state. However, I do not seem to have permission
to close the release label in JIRA
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE/fixforversion/12332343/?selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:version-summary-panel>.
Can someone with permission either mark the release as closed OR give me
permission to close the relase?
