User prefs/scores in SQL

I had been receiving a couple of complaints from users that items in
their whitelist were being flagged as spam on some occassions, and,
after investigating things, I discovered that the user prefs, scores,
and whitelist don't seem to be picked up from the SQL database.

I followed all of the instructions for configuring it. I even upgraded
to SA 3.0 (cvs) to test that out, and the results were the same. The
only thing I can guess is that, whatever I am doing incorrectly, I am
doing it consistently. :)

In my /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf file, I have, among other items:
bayes_store_module                 Mail::SpamAssassin::BayesStore::SQL

bayes_sql_dsn DBI:mysql:Email:localhost
bayes_sql_username myusername
bayes_sql_password mydbpassword

user_scores_dsn DBI:mysql:Email:localhost
user_scores_sql_username myusername
user_scores_sql_password mydbpassword

I initially had user_scores_sql_table defined, but, in the debug output,
I saw:
debug: Failed to parse line in SpamAssassin configuration, skipping:
user_scores_sql_table

I've run 'spamd -D', and dumped the output to a file. At the same time,
I ran 'cat sample-spam.txt | spamc' to generate the debugging output
from spamd.

Within the output, I don't see anything with regards to the system
grabbing the user's preferences from the database. I do see the bayes
connection:
debug: bayes: Database connection established
debug: bayes: found bayes db version 3

Any ideas as to where else to look..?
