update and save xml dynamically

Hi,

Kindly guide me in the following issue,

I have got one xml template which i want to update and
save it according to data from database (dynamically).
Some node in the template becomes a duplicate if  that
is required.Then  i would save that template.
Then  I am going to reproduce  the report in HTML
browser using XSL.
Kindly guide me is it possible to use
xercesc++parser.Please let me know the API details.
