I'd rather we stick it on objectstyle.org, otherwise we risk losing it  
when Caucho releases a new version or something.

(makes me think I need to put a real repo manager out there, not just  
rely on the filesystem / Apache)

This is definitely safer, although I find Caucho repo rather reliable. Also
we might want to move to a newer version when Caucho releases it :)
