how to solve maven build problem?

When build with maven, it failed with prompt:  
        BUILD FAILED
        File...... file:D:/apache/incubator-geronimo/
    Element...maven:reactor
        Line....      134
    Column....27
        
        geronimo-kernel-DEV.jar (no download url specified)

What happened?
