Looks like this has gone stale; can't get it to compile. 

Review:
* The ID and Value sequence file outputformat looks like it has value outside of being an example. Can we move it to the regular lib folder?  Also, what's the Bin in the name refer to? Maybe SeqFileIdAndValueInputFormat? Continues our proud tradition of crappy names for i/oformats.
* mvn verify can't run right now due to compile issues, but likely will bump up on line-length issues.  Limit is 80 characters currently.
