   **Describe the bug**
   Pulsarclientexception is thrown by producer and consumer applications running in the online environment AlreadyClosedException.
   Pulsar v2.8.1

   1.There is no error information in the broker's log.
   2.allowAutoTopicCreation=false
   3.The memory of zookeeper is set "-Xms2g -Xmx8g -XX:MaxDirectMemorySize=8g", and the GC pause time may reach 4s if the autopurge operation is performed once every 24 hours.

   When I tested the environment simulation, I found that if it was in broker.conf, allowAutoTopicCreation=false, 
   use"bin/pulsar-perf consumer -q 10 -n 1-st shared -s consumersych persistent://public/default/test-string1” commad to test, then execute "bin/pulsar-admin topics delete partitioned topic -f persistent://public/default/test-string1", 
   after that, pulsar perf throws an error similar to the online environment, but actually my online environment has not done any action.
