Quick Ship Entire Order Going into Waiting State for very long

On trunk revision 790455 everything is working fine.
But on trunk revision 790582 "Quick Ship Entire Order" link is going into
waiting state for long and nothing is shown on console.

Anyone else observing the same behavior?
