Status of C# libraries.

The Thrift project site does not list an active maintainer for the C#
libraries and code generator. I'm considering making some fairly major
changes and contributing patches to improve the overall spit-and-polish.

Before I do that, what's the current roadmap look like for C# support?

Jeff.

Hi Jeff,

Great to hear you've got an interest in this. As far as I can tell
there is no roadmap for C# support beyond the lingering patches on the
JIRA [1] [2] that may have been lacking the final push so if you are
going ahead with major changes it would be really great if you could
cast your eye over what has been reported too!

Thanks!
Michael
