Bad link to requirements page.

The following link from the Misc Notes/Docs page is broken..

The following link from the Introduction page is also broken.
http://xml.apache.org/websrc/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/xml-axis/java/docs/requirements.html?content-type=text/html

Could you send me the link to the requirements or fix the links... tia
