Tomcat/Apache/ModJK Integration (error)

I am not able the access any servlets or jsps from Apache/Tomcat. All
static pages work. I am getting the following error in my mod_jk.log file:

I'm running:

Apache 1.3.27
Tomcat 4.0.2
ModJK 1.2.0
Digital UNIX V4.0F
OSF1 alpha


Any help is appreciated.
