A 'role' account is requested in order to complete https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COMDEV-201; it will be given read access to https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers and subversion will be set up on comdev-vm to allow 'svn update' from cronjobs using this id.

Please place the generated password on comdev-vm in a place that is only readable by root; I'll take it from there.
