Fix and cleanup ClientConfigResourceProviderTest.  At least the following error ocurrs when running this unit test:

java.lang.AssertionError: 
  Unexpected method call Configuration.getExternalScriptThreadPoolSize():
    Configuration.getResourceDirPath(): expected: 1, actual: 1
    Configuration.getJavaHome(): expected: 1, actual: 0
