Forbidden error

hello,

tomcat+apache webserver installation succes.but i have
applied on my application it give the following errors.




Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /serveredev/current/productareas/secustapp/defaultin.jsp on
this server.


Apache/1.3.12 Server at 192.0.0.100 Port 80


pl as soon as possible
