Neither log4j or log4cxx currently provide any mechanism to control
the depth of NDC entries displayed. However, you could use, for
example, "%.30x" to output just the last 30 characters of the NDC.

Rolling file appender not working?

Posted by Martin Lechner <br...@sbox.tugraz.at>.
I use log4cxx for a windows application and It works really fine
The only problem I have at the moment is that the rolling fileappender
does not seem to work.

I tried the latest CVS head yesterday and found that it still not working.

Is this correct?
If yes - any idea when it will work again?
Any idea how I can limit the filesize in the meantime?

Thanks in advance
Best regards

ML
