[PR] chore: add Apache Snapshot Repository for maven-filtering SNAPSHOT dependency [maven-resources-plugin]
gnodet opened a new pull request, #533:

Temporarily adds the Apache Snapshot Repository so that the `maven-filtering:4.0.0-beta-2-SNAPSHOT` dependency can be resolved by CI.
This unblocks several PRs that are currently failing with:

Could not find artifact org.apache.maven.shared:maven-filtering:jar:4.0.0-beta-2-SNAPSHOT
```
To be reverted once `maven-filtering:4.0.0-beta-2` is released.

Closing in favour of adding `.mvn/maven.config` with `-Puse-apache-snapshots` directly in each PR, as suggested by @slawekjaranowski.
