JMS binding questions

Is the Tuscany SCA Java 1.4 release compliant with the SCA JMS Binding
V1.00 standard?

Also, the JMS binding documentation states that "Not all function
described here as been included in a Tuscany release yet. It will be
included in the next Tuscany SCA release." Is that document just out of
date or are there still functionalities described in that document that
are not present in the 1.4 release?

Yes i think so, although there is no test suite or TCK defined for the
standards yet so there is no way of proving this.
