Just checked, and there are quite a few other accounts without home access:

ldapsearch -x -LLL '(&(!(host=home.apache.org))(uid=*))' dn | fgrep dn:

This produces a list of over 350 uids; see attached (to follow)

Some of these will be disabled or have host=* set, but many look like ordinary accounts *without* access to home.
