2.0.32 (and following) mod_proxy faliure on DARWIN...

Dunno why but it looks like that _proxy_hook_scheme_handler is NOT exported
by anyone, and it's failing to load on DARWIN... What I get at the end of
the day is:

# bin/apachectl configtest
dyld: /Library/Services/Apache2/bin/httpd Undefined symbols:
_proxy_hook_scheme_handler
# 

Bummer :(
