New Maven Latest and JDK 11

Hi All,

Yesterday we added Maven 3.5.4 and symlinked it as latest and latest3
We also added a new JDK 11 ea build 22 and symlinked that as latest11

As always , these are reflected on our Jenkins wiki pages.
