I agree, it isn't running the build -- I think somehow the xml-apis
dependency is dorking up ant...
I thought about xerces/xalan, for the same reason, but other projects can
build with ant without adding them (I checked Krysalis-version-core) so I
have to assume we need to reduce not add.

The error is weird though, I don't think it even parsed our build.xml --
Provider not found ?
It seems like we should probably include xerces ( may be xalan too ) for
the runtime for gump to use, just like the ant is being added for runtime.
