Verified the specified commit (commit 39c604f4176b20f9ff7a9a683d6eee0f09d659b0) is included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.

Verified changes identified in commit comment were implemented.

Verified all affected daffodil subproject sbt test suites execute successfully, including the modified, consolidated parse/unparse and added tests.

Verified the nightly test schemas compile and save successfully.

Verified the nightly test suite executes successfully.
