2.0-M5-SNAPSHOT built

I created the branch and built 2.0-M5-SNAPSHOT

Geronimo was at svn: 532162

OpenEJB was at svn: 532177

I'll do some testing in the morning.

If we can add some release notes, and any candy we need I'll build a  
release for vote tomorrow sometime.
